Description

This idyllic home is set in 1,000 metres of landscaped grounds which stimulate and delight all the senses – pine trees, herb gardens and Mediterranean flora. The panoramic sea views are really impressive due to the high position of the villa on the top of the island, offering stunning sunset and star gazing vistas and spectacular glimpses of the dalmatian coast and the superb bay of Ciovo Island.

The villa has 4 main bedrooms, one being an ensuite room, and a collective bedroom, the “room of the crew”, for 6 kids or teens, appreciating to be together and a bit apart from the parents. This organization of the house makes the life easier for kids, teens and adults who find their place in the villa, without disturbing each other.

The marina of Trogir is less than 2km away, 5 minutes by car or a 20 minutes walk. From there, you can sail to Hrvar, Brac or up north to the Kornati Island. Within one hour drive, the Krka national parc are the most famous waterfalls in whole Dalmatia, where you can find refreshing in crystal clear water, silence in natural forest and nice meals in authentic restaurants.

The Villa is a perfect compromise between a very quiet family retreat, in a natural environment and an easy access into the nightlife in the nearby historical town of Trogir, a 15 minutes walk and in Split, a 25 minutes drive. Ideally situated at a 15 minutes drive from Split International Airport, the villa is very easy to access.

A particular feature of the villa is the exceptional attention to detail to ensure guests have all they could wish for from their stay. From chartering a private plane or yacht, sourcing fine wines to organising a private chef, additional housekeeping or shopping services. Nothing is too much trouble. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people, 8 in the main bedrooms and 6 in the “room of the crew” !

The pretty cellar, konoba in Croatian, features a delightful very large and tempered room, further day beds provide a comfortable relaxing area, and has a separate shower room and toilet. The sauna for 4-5 persons, the shower and the swimming pool make this area suitable for relaxing in a warm atmosphere. The wine bar complete this relaxing area of the villa. The large dining room opens onto a shaded south covered terrace with magnificent views over the gardens and the sea beyond. It leads to the charming swimming pool, with impressive sea view, a couple of meters from the terrace.

On the ground floor, another well equipped kitchen and a second living room open on another terrace with a fantastic seaview, ideal for breakfast, while the sun is still low on the horizon. Both well equipped kitchen and dining room have all the facilities expected of a home of this calibre. A first room has a king size bed, with the second bathroom just next door.

The first floor offers 3 large bedrooms. The Master suite has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, with shower, bath and a large terrace, while the 2 other rooms, nicely decorated have also an impressive sea view. These two rooms share a large bathroom and toilet. The additional utility room with a washing and drying machine is situated at the same floor.

The last floor provides a confortable, decorated and safe area where kids and teens can enjoy and play, and even look at movies on a TV screen, this room offers accommodation for 6 persons.
