The Villa is fully renovated in 2020 - 2021 and had amazing 5* reviews from their first guests. The Villa has a private garden with 5.000m2 fenced garden, amazing all around Tuscan views, a big private swimming pool (12 x 6 m), 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, extra sleeping areas, 2 full equipped kitchens with dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, ice cube machine, Kitchen aid appliances and a herb garden in the garden to use for food & drinks, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a big GAS BBQ / outside kitchen area with all the equipment to make sure you can prepare an amazing Fiorentina steak, a big terrace with the best views for dining, relax areas, lounge areas with lounge beds and great surroundings!

The Villa is just outside the Castelfalfi Resort & Golfclub (3 min drive) and close to Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lajatico, Livorno but also from Pisa airport only a 45-min drive.

We are a full service Villa, so we can provide two Italian ladies who can prepare a 3 or 4 course menu private dining experience in the Villa, but also massage services, full 24 hour assistance during your stay to make restaurant bookings, organize hikes, yoga, massages, wine tours, absolutely everything you could and want during your stay.

Garden & Pool
There is an amazing private garden of 5.000 m2. It's totally private and fenced so no worries for little ones getting away! Our private pool is at the back of our villa with amazing views and enough space. We also have all the toys you would want and for the littles ones we have safety poolbands to wear. And don't forget to use the big barbecue, the sonos music system for the music and have a little poolparty with your guests!

Breakfast - Lunch - Diner
If you wish our Italian chefs can provide an amazing breakfast or brunch with scrambled eggs, croissants, bread, fruits, sweets and off course the best drink to start your day: Mimosa's!

It's also possible to book lunch or diner (3 or 4 menu) at the Villa. If you are interested we will provide you with all the information, options and choices to make sure you experience the Italian Tuscan organic kitchen.
