Welcome to our charming four-bedroom holiday accommodation with private pool,outdoor hot tub and sea view, located 8 km from the Old Town- historical center of Dubrovnik. This modern equipped and decorated penthouse features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and day living room can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, oven, dishwasher, modern refrigerator/freezer, tea and coffee maker. Right by the kitchen there is a dining room with dining table and chairs. Living room area has sat/LCD-TV where you will feel like at home in a relaxing setting. From the living room you exit on the balcony with table and chairs so you can enjoy balmy summer evenings with stunning sea view.

The two bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as a king bed if there are couples staying during the holiday.

The Lounge terrace and sundeck dominate the house outdoors, will certainly be a place you will spend a lots of time during your stay in our wonderful home! Relaxing on a sun lounger or bubbling away in the Jacuzzi. Pergola, with summer kitchen & dining area and BBQ is a perfect spot for enjoying leisurely evening ‘Al fresco’. The spotlight is our refreshing pool with sun beds and lovely outside area-constructed from traditional Dalmatian stone.

Our holiday home is only 10 minutes’ drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, so if you get bored of lounging around the pool and having BBQ’s (Highly unlikely!) then you can visit the sights that Dubrovnik has to offer, shop or eat in the stunning Old Town or take a trip to one of the nearby islands. The whole outdoor area is all secluded and private, Pool is all yours.

Amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, private pool, outdoor hot tub, BBQ, safety deposit box and Sat/LCD TV.
