The villa is ideal for big families or large groups of friends; you will enjoy your vacation on a hillside in the small village of Trviž, only few kilometres away from the city of Pazin. The villa and pool area are immersed in an aromatic Mediterranean forest for total relaxation. This stone villa is built in traditional style, but the interiors are smart and well equipped with quality furniture. The three property units of the villa are connected by external stairs.

One of the units is spread over the ground and first floor while the two studios have rooms on the ground floor, with pool and garden view. The two studios are equipped with private bathroom, kitchenette and two additional sleeping facilities on extra beds. The large central living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

The villa is particularly interesting for families with small and teen children due to a large offer of children friendly services, such as: swing, slide, sandpit, ping-pong, PlayStation console and free wifi.
