Cosy apartment with sea view in Zadar. This big holiday apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed and exit to garden terrace, and a second bedroom with two single beds, for children mostly. Bathroom with shower is right next to the bedrooms. Spacious living area has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and the living room set.
In the living room there is a comfortable fold out couch where the +2 people can sleep. From the living area You exit to a terrace with the breathtaking sea view. On this terrace you can relax with the Mediterranean scent of the old laurel tree. The second terrace, on the garden side of the apartment is covered and furnished to enjoy Your coffee in the morning sun or to relax in deep shade in the afternoon.
And at any time step down, into our garden and relax among the calming scent of mediterranean herbs. Take a refreshing outdoor shower. You will have fun with the big garden grill, followed by candle light dinner in the garden...

Neighborhood
Novigrad is a historic scenic Dalmatian town situated on the southern coast of the Novigrad Sea, in a long and narrow bay at the foot of the Velebit mountains. Built in the shape of trapezoid, bounded by walls whose traces have only been preserved, it emerged on the ruins of a fort on the hilltop which descends to the sea.
The river Zrmanja flows into the Novigrad sea, making it rich with fish and shellfish.
