Description
This villa is located 2 km from the center of Supetar on Brac, in a beautiful secluded bay on the ranch of 2,000 m2 with olive groves and vineyards, organically grown fruits and vegetables for guests, Mediterranean vegetation and plants.
It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house located by the sea, near the roads along the coast and through the pine woods, olive roads, walkways and trails for recreation. It provides peace and quiet; you can even hear the waves, birds and crickets from the pine forests.
All the rooms are on the same floor. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room/sitting room area and a terrace (covered of 50 m2 and uncovered of 150 m2).
In the guest house with a separate entrance there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the garden there is private outdoor swimming pool a Jacuzzi of 4.5 m2, a sandpit and 4 sun decks. In Supetar and the surrounding area there are many restaurants, Dalmatian taverns as well as a ranch at a distance of 500 m.
