This modern villa is 800 m away from the center of the small town called Bobovisce on the island Brac, and 4 km from the Milna town.

The villa offers spectacular views over the bay and is just 10 m away from the Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 modern en-suite bedrooms.

The villa consists of the ground floor, first floor with a mezzanine, and second floor.

On the outside plateau, there is table tennis and darts for your entertainment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, open space living area, and an elegant outdoor area with outdoor furniture.

The living area is equipped with satellite TV and DVD, and large glass sliding doors are connected to the heated swimming pool with deck chairs.

On the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a sea view. On the same floor, there is also a cinema room. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace can be found on the mezzanine. As an addition, a storage room and laundry are also on this floor.

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers its guests LCD satellite TV, DVD player, home cinema, SUP board, Yoga mats, 3 bicycles, 2 kayaks, sea mooring for a small boat, and snorkeling equipment for adults and children. There are also two private parking spaces for guests.
