The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, dressing room, kitchen with dining and sitting area. Large outdoor space comprises of the summer kitchen, terraces with dining and lounge areas and private swimming pool.

The exterior of the villa features a well-balanced fusion between the natural environment and Mediterranean architecture. Villa is in a peaceful and quiet location, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and olive groves, so you can completely relax while you are swimming and sunbathing. There is an outdoor summer kitchen with dining and lounge area at your disposal.

The interior of this charming villa is a perfect blend of modern-day luxury with a touch of rustic elements. This single-story villa comprises of open space kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning nature of Brač island and the sea.

The remaining double bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, are located on the lower ground floor with an exit to a beautiful garden.

The villa provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. This villa is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi internet and private outdoor parking for five cars. Also, boat mooring can be arranged by prior arrangement (extra charge).

The largest town and the main port of the Brač island - Supetar is approximately 5 km from the villa and it has an excellent offer of restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful beaches.
