The villa was built in 2000 and was completely renovated in 2017. The first sight on the exterior of the villa will leave you speechless. Rays of the sun reflect on the Brac stone on the villa facade, the same stone that is used for the White House in Washington D.C.

In front of the villa, there is a large seafront terrace that stretches into the sea. Also, there is a sun lounge area, dining area and fireplace with grill at your disposal, so you can enjoy delicious dalmatian cuisine. But that’s not all, in front of the villa there is private mooring for up to two yachts.

The four separate apartments exude classical charm and harmony. Each apartment has a terrace with a stunning sea view and all bedrooms have a sea view. Furthermore, this charming villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite flat TVs and a Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The superior apartment is the largest apartment of this gorgeous villa and it stretches on the ground and first floor. It consists of a large kitchen, dining and living area, fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary appliances.

Also, there are four light-filled double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seafront terrace is a part of the superior apartment and during hot summer days, only a few steps separate you from the refreshment in the crystal clear sea.

A one-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor and it has a kitchen, dining room, charming double bedroom and bathroom. On the same floor, there is a two-bedroom apartment and it consists of a well-eqiped kitchen, dining room, two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of the villa and the view from this apartment is just breathtaking. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, two charming double bedrooms and bathroom.

Vis town has an excellent offer of beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery shops, bakeries, etc. Also, you will have a great opportunity to explore the most beautiful places of Vis island and in the vicinity such as Stiniva beach, the picturesque town of Komiža, Blue cave, Green cave, Budikovac island and much more.
