The villa is just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea, located in a part of the historical town of Trogir called Seget Vranjic. The villa is 300 m away from the city center and 6 km away from Trogir, a beautiful town under UNESCO. This villa location is ideal because it allows full privacy and silence, away from the busy city life.
Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in the villa. The villa consists of the main building and 2 separate lavishly furnished suites. The property consists of 4 floors: an outdoor and indoor ground floor area with a swimming pool and sauna, the first floor, the second floor, and an attic.
Separate suites can be found on the first-floor level.
The main part of the villa has 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet. Each of the suites has one bedroom and one bathroom.
On the ground floor, besides amenities for easy outdoor living, there is a table tennis playground, outdoor fireplace, and a sauna.
The first villa floor contains a modern equipped kitchen with all appliances and a dining area, and a living room area with a fireplace, sofa, and a large TV.
On the first-floor level, there are 2 luxuriously furnished suites. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a double bed, and a bathroom. From here, the guests have access to the garden area with outdoor furniture.
Two modern bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. Both mentioned rooms have an extensive terrace.
The villa attic (top floor) is designed as a separate suite. It consists of a bedroom, living room, and a small kitchen. Of course, it has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Outdoor space is one of the most gorgeous villa advantages. The guests will truly relax in the big swimming pool with a waterfall and the ability of a massage.
Besides the sauna and a small gym, there are also 2 kayaks, a massage table, a trampoline and 4 parking spaces provided for guests.
