This beachfront villa is a traditional Dalmatian stone house situated right by the sea in the small place of Okrug Gornji (2 km), on the island of Ciovo, just 5 km from the center of the Unesco protected historic city of Trogir.
The villa is located just 30 meters from the sea and has direct sea access.
This charming two-story house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, a large pool area garden with a private pool and parking for 2 cars.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. On the same floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The rest of the bedrooms (3) are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is with two single beds (twin bedroom) and the third one is with one single bed. On the same floor, there is a bathroom and as s bonus, a working space in the hallway.
The villa is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural bounties. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Split, Dubrovnik, and other authentic Dalmatian towns.
