The villa has been restored to preserve its original characteristics, and transformed into a charming country house with all amenities. It is furnished in characteristic, rustic Tuscan style, offers welcoming, bright interiors, and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, and offers wonderful views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Outside, guests can take advantage of a large, well-tended garden and beautiful private pool with deck chairs and umbrellas: the perfect place for relaxing and cooling off with friends and family on hot summer days.
There is an area furnished with table and chairs for dining outside, with enchanting panoramic views of the Chianti hills. There is also a tennis court at guests’ disposal.

In 7/8 minuti di macchina si raggiunge San Gimignano, bellissimo borgo.
La posizione è strategica, in un ora sei a Firenze verso nord, Siena verso sud e Cecina verso ovest.
