Description
Luxury Villa located in bay Tepli bok, 500m from the center of Maslinica, Island of Solta. It is never too hot because it is often windy, so it is a perfect place for windsurfing. The villa is situated 15m from sea. In front of the house there is a swimming pool and private beach with cristal clear sea. No one has an acess to it except villa's guests.
The area surrounding the house consist of a 400m² beautiful garden with autochtonous dalmatian cultivas. Guests are welcome to consume these garden varieties. In the front yard is a barbecue and a shower. Guests are also allowed to use the boat berth.
There are three floors with 10 beds. The villa is well equipped, spacious and functional. It is ideal for a family vacation.
The ground floor is conceptualized as separate apartment, while first and second floor have common entrance. Living room is located on the first floor and stairs lead to second floor. Every room has its own airconditioning.
Guests have at their disposal the use of sunbeds, parasols, internet, canoes, free parking, dishwasher and goods. The house is airconditioned.
Ground floor (25m²) has its own entrance and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen (with dishwasher)
First floor (75m²)consists of one double-bed room and one single bed room, 2 bathrooms (with washing machine), kitchen (with dishwasher) and living room (satelite TV). Living room leads to 2 spacious terraces (30m² surface) with sea view.
Second floor (50m²) consists of 3 bedrooms- 2 double bed rooms and 1 single bed room, bathroom, as well as living room. There are also two little terraces. One leads to living room and the other one to the bedroom.
