The outdoor area features a nice veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade to escape the sun. Also outside is a stone barbeque, an outdoor kitchen, a shaded dining area for 8, deck chairs surrounding the pool and an outdoor shower.
The kitchen and dining area is fully furnished and it opens on to an outside terrace area and that allows air and light into the room. The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 2 air conditioning units.
The dominant wooden dining table can fit up to 8 diners whilst enjoying the beautiful art on the walls. The bathroom on this floor also has a washing machine. The villa has modern architectural design, amenities and it's comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people.
