Description

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is located in the scenic Sestanovac, close to the vibrant cities of Split and Makarska and surrounded by unchallenged Croatian countryside.

In the main house there are 5 large en-suite bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and sturdy storage space. A further guest cottage comes with a traditional wood bedroom, en-suite bathroom and own fully equipped kitchen.

Three of the bedrooms feature double beds size 160 x 200 cm, and the other three feature beds size 140 x 200 cm. The villa has been air conditioned by cooling devices and two standing fans.

The outdoor swimming pool is asymmetrically shaped and quirky with its unusual waterfall features and whirlpool with a table and seating for up to 6 people. The pool falls down to a garden area where you can embrace the natural surroundings and Mediterranean sunshine as well as enjoy a game of football or bowling.

On the terrace there is an outdoor cooking area and large dining space so you enjoy food outdoors while embracing the lovely surroundings.

As well as this large outdoor pool area, there is also an indoor jacuzzi (not available in the summer), equipped gym (with sound system) and a Finn sauna for up to 6 people. You’ll feel truly relaxed with this luxurious spa villa, which also comes with massage chair that has multiple different settings.

The villa has a strong, sturdy interior that is traditionally decorated with dark wooden furniture and leather sofas. In the winter garden there is a professional billiard table and darts table.

The attic houses a bar area, sound system and poker table to allow you to be fully entertained during your Croatian villa holiday. This villa is traditional in all senses, with its very own wine cellar and hunting trophy’s hung up in the office area.

While this may not be to everyone’s taste, it is a true representation of the proud hunting background of the surrounding areas.
