Neighborhood
Svetvinčenat is a small Istrian town in the interior of Istria. In recent decades it has become famous for being a stage of numerous cultural events.
In the summer months the medieval castle Morisin-Grimani offers a program as a part of the Istraetnojazz Festival, and on the nearby main town square there is the International Festival of Dance and non-verbal theatre.
In September, old crafts and new wines (Festival of New Wine) are presented, and throughout the year Svetvinčenat hosts frequent exhibitions, concerts and events.

"I arrived at the fantastic villa Stokovci in Istria, in the town of Svetvincenat, with everything on it. Via Tamara I quickly received the information I needed to make my choice. Tamara always responded immediately and communication went smoothly! When we arrived it turned out to be as beautiful as in the pictures. The house, the swimming pool, the garden and the jacuzzi were beautiful and together with the children enjoyed a wonderful week in Croatia. The house is a must for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday!"
"Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind in einem äußerst guten Zustand. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und funktionstüchtig. Der Kühlschrank ist herrlich groß. Am Grill gibt es einen zweiten Kühlschrank, der wirklich sehr praktisch für Getränke ist und damit den in der Küche auch mehr Platz verschafft.
Die Küche selbst ist auch super ausgestattet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Als direkten Nachbarn gibt es nur die Villa Stokovci II. Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt sodass Kinder und Hund keine Chance hatten Wir können es nur empfehlen."
"We were nine in the house (under 20, only men). For us the house in Croatia was ideal. The pool and the sports field were perfect for us. The house itself is just as in the pictures. So wonderful. Due to the rather secluded location with the music like to run a bit longer and louder, which was very convenient.
Although the villa is about 20 minutes away from the sea by car, it did not really bother us. The landlord was very helpful and nice. There were no problems. We definitely had a great holiday. Unfortunately only a week, but definitely we would come again! We miss it all now."
Via Adriago kwam ik uit bij de fantastische villa Stokovci in Istrie, in het plaatsje Svetvincenat, met alles er op en er aan. Via Tamara kreeg ik snel de benodigde informatie die ik nodig had om mijn keuze te maken. Tamara reageerde altijd direct en de communicatie verliep vlekkeloos!
Toen we aankwamen bleek het in echt zeker zo mooi te zijn als op de foto’s. Het huis, het zwembad, de tuin en de jacuzzi waren prachtig en hebben samen met de kinderen genoten van een heerlijke week in Kroatië. Het huis en Adriago zijn een aanrader voor iedereen die een relaxvakantie wenst!
