Newly built secluded stone villa. On its 215m² living area the villa offers everything the heart could possibly desire. You can expect a spacious living room, dining room, a covered terrace with fireplace for dining outdoors from where you have a breathtaking view on Motovun.
Furthermore the interior includes 3 bedrooms with en-suite luxury bathrooms and two other terraces, all good for a relaxing time. The villa offers space for up to 6 people. The whole interior decoration consists exclusively of designer furniture. You also find a 36m² infinity pool and a 1000m² garden, which offer the opportunity to relax and sunbathe.
Further features are the fully equipped kitchen, the oak wood and lime stone floors, air conditioning, heating, floor heating, unlimited WiFi, SAT TV, a sound system, television in the living room and the bedrooms, washer, dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our concierge. His service will be available on demand. Before your arrival the villa will be cleaned with great care. Linen and towel changeovers twice per week are included. You want to be spoilt during your stay? With pleasure we organise catering or a chef who will prepare your favourite dish for you.
The villa nestles among olive groves in the heart of beautiful Istria. It is often called the “new Tuscany”. Especially in the last couple of years it has evolved into a paradise for gourmets. A special eye-catcher is the medieval city Motovun, which can be seen from the villa and is located only 5km away. In only 20 minutes by car you can reach the coast with its crystal clear water and beautiful, natural beaches.

Neighborhood
Istria, the largest peninsula in the Mediterranean, offers crystal clear water and more than 2.400 hours of sunshine per year. You can choose whether you want to relax by the pool at the villa or go to the beach where you can go swimming, snorkeling or diving. Even if you are up to more adventure, the city Novigrad offers the opportunity to go sailing, surfing, jet skiing or to go by bananaboat.
As already mentioned, the city Motovun is located nearby the villa and also above the river valley of Mirna. Not only is it a beautiful medieval city, but Motovun is also known for the Film Festival which takes place every year in July, when famous actors find their way to beautiful Istria. If you are interested in ballon riding, then Istria is the place to go. The microclimate in this region has the impact that going for a ballon ride is possible throughout the year.
A town of rich historical heritage in which each stone has its own story has been an attractive and popular tourist destination for a many years. This medieval Istrian town is situated on a hill with a view of the river Mirna valley.
Numerous events are held in Motovun (the Motovun Film Festival), also interesting for those who love flying hot air balloons as the favourable micro-climate makes flying possible throughout the year. The park-forest Motovunska šuma (the Motovun Forest) is the most famous place for truffles, an exceptionally appreciated mushroom which grows underground. Also, noble varieties are grown in Motovun vineyards.
