Impressive villa rebuilt to a very high luxury standard and one of the most desirable luxury villas on the Adriatic coast in a quiet bay with national park.
All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished using lush fabrics and white Egyptian cotton linens. Individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms.
A daily maid service will prepare beds and make sure everything is sparkling clean. On request the villa can be fully or partially catered. The cook can provide a menu with Dalmatian specialities cooked with fresh regional ingredients as well as a daily breakfast service.
All dietary requirements can be catered for. Guests have the choice of dining inside or alfresco. Alternatively, guests can sample some of the local restaurants nearby.
The villa has a beautiful garden with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other Mediterranean plants.

Neighborhood
Located on the Island Brac, the villa is a prime example of a traditional Dalmatian villa. Positioned in a sheltered bay, the villa benefits from direct access to the pristine Adriatic and stunning panoramic views of the Dalmatian islands.
The villa is 5 minutes drive to the nearest fishing village of Sumartin where you will find a bakery, supermarket and three restaurants and a number of cafe bars. The coffee culture is very strong in Croatia.
The village of Selca is also five minutes away which has beautiful architecture, small shops and cafe bars as well as a few restaurants. Being right on the Adriatic sea the villa lends itself to many activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, all of which can be arranged by the villa managers who are available for up to eight hours per day.
A half hour car ferry ride away will take you to the sophisticated town of Makarska, there you will find divine architecture and many designer shops as well as fine restaurants.
