When you enter the house, the first thing you will see is the huge, open living space of one hundred square meters. The fully equipped, open kitchen is connected to a light, airy living room. The kitchen has every thinkable convenience; a large cooler/fridge combination, espresso machine, iPod docking station, large cooking island with a dishwasher and a multitude of cooking books to awaken your zest for preparing delicious meals.
Colorful art adorns the walls throughout the house. The art is even up for sale, should you fall in love with a certain piece during your stay.
The living room of The Hunting Lodge is a beautiful open space; subdued color shades create a relaxed atmosphere, there is an open fire place, comfortable furniture and a TV with a multitude of channels –An extra toilet is located right next to the living room.

The location of the house on top of a hill gives you the feeling of grandeur, an impressive view surrounds you at all times. You look out over the vineyards and the valley below. The 2000 meter high La Maroma mountain in the east dominates the landscape and offers you views of snow-covered white peaks in the winter months. NP Sierras de Tejeda is a few minutes' drive from the house.
The village of Canillas de Aceituno, with its white houses, narrow streets and local restaurants, is a few minutes' drive down the hill on a winding mountain road. This village is the start of a route past several Moorish white mountain villages and after 30 km you finally reach the village of Competa, where you have a wide choice of different restaurants.
