The property's expansive patio introduces a 30 sqm infinity pool that commands sweeping sea views, with a Finnish sauna nearby and an authentic stone grill. Our wine cellar, boasting a curated selection of local wines, doubles as an entertainment and relaxation hub, complete with a kitchen, a convertible double couch, a billiard table, and a traditional stone bathroom.
Upon entering the open-plan ground floor, you'll be greeted by a roomy living area featuring a sofa bed and fireplace, affording gorgeous views of the terrace. Here, you'll also find a dining area, a modern kitchen, and one of the four bedrooms equipped with twin beds. For the book lovers, a snug reading nook with a couch resides on this floor as well. Conveniently, a laundry room with a separate entrance is also available for guest use.
