This house is designed for larger groups or families that wish to spend a relaxing holiday. On the private plot of 1000m² and just 4 km away from the city center, our accommodation will satisfy even the most demanding guests, offering them quality and affordable vacation. We are expecting you with great joy!
It stretches over three floors and has a partial sea view. Minimum ceiling height is cca 120cm. It consists of eleven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and a separate toilet. It is situated in the quieter zone of town, but not far from the shops and the sea. Behind the house is a outdoor pool surrounded by greenery that will provide refreshment in hot summer days.
On the ground floor there is a large shared kitchen and a large hall for socializing, which is complemented by a pool table. Accommodation is functionally furnished, and the floors are connected by an external staircase. The house also has a fully equipped gym.
The plot is completely fenced, therefore suitable for children to play safely. We recommend excursions to nearby places. The most famous is the ancient city of Pula which offers many attractions, culture and entertainment during the summer.
