Covered terrace with an outdoor summer kitchen offers a stylish and functional extension of the villa to prepare fresh food. Summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor furnace and a rustic stone sink completes the comfort of upholstered seating for 8 people. The sunbathing area around the pool is paved with stone.
Curled up in a modern and relaxing loungers Dedon (8 loungers + umbrella), you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and the warmth of the Istrian sun. On the sunny terrace (30m²), surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and spice garden there is a Dedon sofa set with coffee table.
Swimming Pool – Outdoor heated swimming pool 12m x 5m, depth of 140-170 cm, with night lighting, automatic maintenance of water quality and stream swimming for recreation and relaxation throughout the year. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water available.
Sports facilities: To explore and enjoy the beauty of inland Istria a bike is the perfect solution and at your availability are sports bike brand X-plorer (3 pcs). For children we have a trampoline (1 pc), foosball Buffalo , equipment for badminton and darts.
For a different experience driving on the Istrian peninsula we offer E-bikes (3 pcs) which are adapted to calmer and more relaxed driving on both flat surfaces and on gentle slopes. E-bikes are the ideal means of transportation for holidays that allow easier pedaling with less effort and energy.
Čabrunići village is situated in the southern part of the Istrian twenty minutes by highway from Pula: along Vodnjanska road to Vodnjana in Vodnjanu turn toward the road to Sanvincenat. You go through Jursici, after 1 km you will come to the turnoff on the left to Čabrunići. Drive another 500 meters and after the table Cabrunici another 50 yards, then turn right. Extend another hundred meters and you’ve arrived at your destination.
The Pula airport has flights to all major European cities. In addition to airplanes, Čabrunići can be reached by train from Ljubljana, a fast highway – Istrian Y – will quickly lead you from Trieste and Rijeka and Ljubljana, Vienna or Zagreb.
If coming from Trieste, after you enter Croatia, driving down the road 11 and road 21st Turn left on road A9 and get off at the node Kanfanar. Turn right onto the road to the 5077 Kanfanara. In Kanfanara turn right on road 5097, according to Vincenti. When you reach the 5190 road turn right towards Vincenti, Pula. When you pass Bijažići need another 2 miles to the sign for the turn to the right towards čabrunići. After the table Cabrunici at the entrance to the village, drive 50 and turn to the right. Extend another hundred meters and you have arrived to the villa.
If you arrive in Ljubljana, take the highway A1 towards Croatia. After entering Croatia, continue along the road 201 and turn right onto the road 5011. road 5013, and then 5046 and exit at the node Žminj. Turn left on the road by 5077 Žminj. At the roundabout turn right onto the road to Pula 5190. Go Rovinj, Bijažići. 2 km from Bijažići to Pula is a guide to veer to the right to čabrunići. After the table Cabrunici at the entrance to the village, drive 50 and turn to the right. Extend another hundred meters and you have arrived to the villa.
From Zagreb, take the highway A1 at the exit 6-Bosiljevo II get on the highway A6 / E65 towards Rijeka / Pula. After 80 km take the exit Rijeka East / Split. Continue the road A7 / E61 and take the exit Opatija / Pula. Take the A8 and exit at the junction Zminj. Turn left on road 5077, then right on road 5190, and two more turns to the right, after 11 and after 2.5 km ride will bring you to Cabrunici.
Svetvinčenat is a small Istrian town in the interior of Istria. In recent decades it has become famous for being a stage of numerous cultural events.
In the summer months the medieval castle Morisin-Grimani offers a program as a part of the Istraetnojazz Festival, and on the nearby main town square there is the International Festival of Dance and non-verbal theatre.
In September, old crafts and new wines (Festival of New Wine) are presented, and throughout the year Svetvinčenat hosts frequent exhibitions, concerts and events.
