The top floor is designed as an apartment for 6 people (4+2), while the ground floor is designed as a studio apartment for 2 people but the house can only be rented as one.
The private swimming pool will delight those who like to avoid crowded beaches, looking for peace and privacy. The barbecue near the pool is always available for family gatherings and private parties while the inside stone fireplace is ideal for intimate moments with a glass of your favorite wine. With plasma TV's, satellite channels and wireless internet, you will always be in touch with the world. The villa also has a private parking lot for 2 vehicles.
