The location of villa Korčula and the property itself is an amazing combination of wonderful nature, exclusive accommodation, luxury amenities and peace and quiet.
The whole facility has 16.600 m2 of land with Mediterranean vegetation with a 100 m2 glorious swimming pool.
The area of Karbuni, where this villa is situated, was a proclaimed park of nature, creating together with nearby islands and islets a huge protected natural area. This whole area is few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town of Korčula.
Luxury villa Korčula is a perfect accommodation for up to 14 people within the inside area of approximately 560 m2. The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 6 well equipped bathrooms of which 5 are en suites.
The ground floor is an area with one bedroom, bathroom and living room. This room has a direct exit to swimming pool area. Here are also kitchen and laundry quarters.
On the first floor there are other bedrooms, spacious living room with dining area. Here you can also find, separated with an additional entrance, staff quarters.
The outside area of villa Korčula is a wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches a capacious swimming pool and accompanying terraces of approximately 560 m2. By adding garden furniture, sun beds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis.
Probably the best place within villa Korčula is the upper first floor terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and bay of Karbuni.
The villa is equipped with 6 A / C units and floor heating system in all of the bathrooms, Internet access, TV/SAT, and DVD. You can also moor up to 40m in front of the villa.
