Description

This 7 bedroom villa sits in an elite and private residential neighbourhood of Dubrovnik, within walking distance to Dubrovnik and the magnificent Old Town.

Quite comfortably, Villa Lilian can host all types of small groups, such as families, groups of friends, smaller business and private events.

Unaltered for the majority of the 20th century, recently the villa was carefully restored and brought back to its former glory. Whilst the detailing in the villa evokes traditional 19th century, the villa itself has all modern amenities and comforts including all appliances and full air conditioning.

Villa Lilian has a spacious garage with 4 parking spots. From the garage, take the elevator to the conference room two levels up or enter through the main gate.

With access to a car you can easily explore the other beautiful Croatian cities nearby. Better yet, get a ferry and explore nearby islands such as Hvar and Brac.

The level above the garage holds two independent accommodation units – one suite and one bedroom with a bath. Both share a large stone terrace overlooking the historic University of Dubrovnik.

Main building
Ascending to the master house level, the promenade in front of the house is shaded by vines and a lush bougainvillea tree. The promenade runs between the sauna on its right end and another independent suite on the left end, featuring shade, seclusion and an intimate atmosphere.

Entering from the front promenade, immediately under the bougainvillea shade in thisluxury Croatian villa, the ground floor level is an open area hosting common spaces.

To the left, a custom designed and fully equipped home kitchen is highlighted by the central, large dining table. To the right is the living room with a fireplace and TV.

First floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The bedrooms have a mirror layout with views of the Villa’s gardens. The rooms have incredibly spacious bathrooms with double lavatories, one with a bath, and the other with a walk-in shower.

Second floor
Leading up to the second floor, the historic wooden staircase diverts half-way. This exits onto a small bridge leading to the terraces above the master house. The second floor layout is very similar to the first, with a central, wood-lined reading area and two double bedrooms on each side, both with a walk-in shower bathroom.

While the room facing the west overlooks the gardens, the room facing the east enjoys mesmerizing panoramas of Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

Terrace
Below the suite on the left side of the house you can take advantage of a fully equipped professional kitchen and open grill area. Also outside is another dining area where you can enjoy dining al fresco while soaking in the picturesque Croatian surroundings. This Dubrovnik villa benefits from a large private pool and ample sunbathing space.
