The nearest beach (sandy) is just 600m away and can be easily reached via a footpath. The sunset views are truly breathtaking!

The villa is formed by 3 buildings (named respectively "Main House", "Annex", "Poolside Lounge"), rented together as a whole property for up to 24 guests. The guests staying in the villa will have the exclusive use of the whole house, grounds and swimming pool, ensuring privacy and relaxation.
Unit "Main House" (by the pool):
Ground floor: 2 identical apartments each with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, lounge with extra single sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
First floor: 4 identical suites each with bedroom (2 of the suites have double beds, 2 have single beds), kitchenette, bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Unit "Annex" (by the garden):
Ground floor: 3 suites each with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Unit "Poolside Lounge":
Ground floor: large open plan room with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc), dining table for all the guests to dine together.

Great for large groups. Fab location and very clean. Excellent service.
Toller Außenbereich. Die obere Etage ist noch renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere die Sanitäranlagen. Ansonsten schöne Zimmer bzw. Appartements. Die Verwaltung ist bei Bedarf immer vor Ort.
The villa is nice. The apartments and the enormous pool are great.
The beach villa is also located near the beach and going into the town by foot is doable.
However the owner pair is very difficult to handle and we had huge problems with Kostas especially. If you are going to book this place for a family or business vacation - go for it. If you are a group of young adults looking to have a fun week at the beach I´d advise to go for a different vacation rental or be prepared for trouble. I don´t even know why I´m still giving this reservation a good rating, since we were thrown out on the last day by the caretaker (Kostas). The personal contact sucked and our issues with Kostas have given us a very bitter aftertaste but everthing else was pretty much fine.
We really enjoyed our 6day stay at the villa it suited our family needs with 4 generations having their own air conditioned apartments with basic kitchens.
The pool was great -clean and well serviced. The communal kitchen / dinning room was a great space but with no air con got very hot, we have suggested a fan to the owner.
The villa was easy to find . If eating out we recommend the Greek Village Restaurant in Sidari which also has a great beach area and the best sun beds.
I really recommend this villa for those who want stay in beautiful villa, close to the beach, with beautiful pool and garden! We had wonderful time in there!
