This Istrian stone house with several floors and private swimming pool stands on a beautiful garden plot about a kilometer outside the village of Visnjan.
The spacious house with 200m² living area is tastefully furnished, stone and wood are the main materials used, which create a pleasant atmosphere. Up to ten people can stay here. The house has four bedrooms, all individually decorated. There are two rooms with double beds, one room with a single bed and a fireplace as well as a room with three single beds and an additional sofa bed. The three bathrooms are all equipped with shower and toilet.
Large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with pantry. The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area with fireplace and a large dining table. The living room has a TV with DVD player available.
Besides the swimming pool, which can be illuminated at night, there is a sun terrace, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with fireplace available. You can enjoy the warm summer evenings outside.
Note: The house has a steep internal staircase so that the upper rooms are not suitable for disabled guests. On request there is a cot available.
The house is equipped with Internet access, a safe and air conditioning.
In the village you find a supermarket, a restaurant, a bank and cafes. The sea is only a ten minute drive. There you can go scuba diving or enjoy other water sports. There is no shortage of sports and leisure facilities. In the area there are many possibilities for excursions. Moreover, the beautiful countryside invites you to a brisk walk or a bike ride while exploring the hinterland.
