The property has a beautiful handcrafted fence in a combination of stone and wrought iron, what guarantees a peaceful and secure stay. The villa is fitted in the old rustic style, with high ceilings and large spacious rooms. The oak floors decorate all bedrooms and living room, while the kitchens, halls and terraces are marble or terracotta Italian tiles.

For outside entertainment, the outdoor kitchen is fully stocked and in vicinity of the eastern backyard, dedicated to recreation, socializing and BBQ'ing, as there is a built-in grilling center with a large marble dining table. From the eastern backyard, guests enter into a separate spa space, containing a fitness center, Jacuzzi and bathroom.
