One of two authentic stone houses with swimming pool and surrounded with greenery, both houses together are ideal for families & groups up to 12 people. You will love this place because of the location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and pure nature. Enjoy the swimming pool or go to the beach which is only 20 minutes away.
The property consists of two houses, Ivona & Ante which can be rented together.
House Ivona: Modern kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay (cutlery, fridge, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, which is for your personal use, free of charge. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has double bed 160x200cm with an additional single bed and a closet. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with a closet. Terrace with outdoor seating is in front of the house.
House Ante: In the open space on the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes ...). TV is in the living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, linens and towels and have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and washing machine is located on the same floor.
If requested, we can adjust one room with equipment for children: crib, stroller, chairs for feeding, car seat and so on. The house also offers a movable gas BBQ. Guests can use the swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue, parking and WiFi.
The houses are located next to the host's house. It is upon you to decide how much engagement you want from your hosts. They are at your disposal for anything you may need.
The house is located in small village of Zezevica, with only a few houses in the village. You are surrounded by open fields and Biokovo mountain. Enjoy the intact nature, clean air and peacefulness of inland Dalmatia.
You can arrive by car or by bus line from Split. If you are arriving in Split by plane, ferry or train, transfer can be organised for you.
We are happy to organise daily activities according to your wishes - horse riding, local gastronomy tasting, bike rent, visiting local and cultural sites, rafting, hiking etc.
