This villa is an ancient stone-built farmhouse, carefully restored and located within a 4ha estate with flowers, shrubs and olive trees. The villa is located in a panoramic and quiet position, providing breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside.
Inside, the property has been carefully finished in traditional Tuscan style, making wide use of local materials and furniture. The large outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun while enjoying the views, yet being in close proximity to stunning places of interest such as Perugia (that also has a train station with regular connections with Rome and Florence), Assisi, Orvieto, Gubbio, Città di Castello, Cortona, Chiusi-Chianciano, Montepulciano, Siena and Lake Trasimeno.
Outside (for additional comfort) the villa is also provided with a fantastic private swimming pool, changing room, outdoor kitchen, poolside WC. A fully equipped playground (partially outside and partially inside a carefully restored former church next to the villa) complete the setting: it is provided with table tennis, darts, sofas, hi-fi stereo, and will be a true delight for both adults and children!
