Surrounding the living room is a large terrace with a sea view, perfect for relaxing. The terrace is 16m (south side) x 7m (east side).
Three beautiful bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and a balcony overlooking the bay, are located on the first floor together with a staircase and a gallery with a hall.
On the ground floor (pool level) there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, another living room with a smaller kitchen and a fitness/gym room. The bedrooms exit to a long terrace with a sunbathing area and infinity pool. Every room on this floor has a beautiful sea view. On this level there is also a small (engine) room besides the staircase equipped with a washer and dryer.
A small private parking with 3 parking places is located in front of the garden entrance.
You can find a beautiful (gravel) beach with clear blue water just 200 meters (approx. 650 ft.) from the villa.
