The villa is located at the forefront of Orašac village, only 17 km west of the magnificent Dubrovnik Old Town. Nearby you will find the Trsteno Arboretum, the oldest arboretum in this part of the world and worth a visit for any Game of Thrones fans.

Guests are welcomed into the villa through fragrant Mediterranean gardens and a tucked-away terrace lounge with a barbecue and heated pool. The ground floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area and the upper level has four bedrooms.

The unique villa comes with roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of beautiful Dubrovnik. This luxury villa in Croatia can comfortably fit 8 guests, with pull out sofas accommodating 4 more.

Ground Floor
The modern ground floor is an airy, bright L-shaped space. To the right, a spacious living room is decorated with quirky furnishings and a large TV. To the left there is a fully furnished kitchen with state of the art appliances which allow you to feel at home with home cooking. In the middle of the room, bathed in daylight, it a large wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 12 guests.

A private chef is available on request.

First Floor
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. With high ceilings and large open spaces, these rooms feel grand and make it easy to accommodate extra guests on pull-out sofas.

The front rooms benefit from beautiful sea views, while the other bedrooms are offered views of the serene village surroundings. Each modern room comes equipped with Wi-Fi and TV.

Terrace
From the ground floor you can walk out on the private terrace. An alluring alternative to the lively local beaches, the heated pool features a unique black and white tiling design. If you are travelling with family, the terrace is bound to entertain and bring together all generations in your party.

To top it all off, walk up to the open-air terrace on the roof of the villa to find yourself immersed in breath-taking panoramas. Come up to enjoy breath-taking views from the luxury Dubrovnik Villa and allow yourself to breathe in the fresh air.

To make sure you enjoy every moment of your stay, the villa Manager will welcome you upon arrival to the villa. They will remain at your disposal for anything you may want during your stay whether this be transfers, private excursions, private chefs or event tickets, it’s all just a phone call away.
