This villa with private swimming pool and enchanting sea views, is the perfect holiday home for a truly Greek vacation on the green island of Corfu. Sleeping up to 10 people in welcoming and fully air-conditioned interiors, the villa is set in a panoramic location just 500m away from the pretty village of Barbati with its shops, restaurants and fantastic beach with crystal clear water. But with such an amazing view over the Ionian Sea and Corfu Town in the distance, you will hardly want to leave the pool patio for the whole duration of the stay!
Inside, the villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 extra sofa-beds, 3 bathrooms, and has air-conditioning in all the rooms (including the living/dining area). Wi-fi internet connection is also available and free of charge.
Outside, the villa is equipped with a large, private swimming pool (infinity-style), secluded and not overlooked by neighboring properties. It enjoys glorious views, attracts sun all day and is beautifully lit at night. It measures 12 x 5m (plus a children section) and is open from the 1st of May until the 31st of October. It is surrounded by extensive terraces furnished with sunbeds, shades, brick-built barbecue and outdoor dining facilities to enjoy delicious meals while admiring the blue sea below.
The location of the villa is ideal to experience the real Corfu and visit its most unspoilt hidden gems, yet being very close to all the facilities of Barbati (500m away), Corfu Town and the international airport (18km).

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
The villa is set over one floor and composed by a main unit + 2 self-contained suites with private entrance, all within the same whitewashed building and rented as a whole to benefit from the exclusive use of the pool, gardens and to ensure total privacy to the guests. The main accommodation is composed by a fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking rings, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), an air-conditioned lounge/dining area (equipped with TV, DVD player) opening straight to the poolside terrace, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) tastefully furnished and decorated in pleasant pastel colors, a functional shower room.
The 2 independent suites, located in the same building next to the main unit, are open-plan and feature a large bedroom each (respectively a double and a twin) with extra sofa-bed, a kitchenette area with fridge and a shower room each. An inviting terrace is located at the front of the villa, by the pool, and provides magnificent views over the bay.
