Impressive luxury villa, selected by many young couples who wished to spend their honeymoon in a truly romantic atmosphere.
New and absolutely unique property of about 110 sq.m., accommodates up to 4 guests as it consists of two double bedrooms, one with a four-posted kingsize bed and a sleeping gallery with a queen bed. The villa is also a maisonette, with a large living room on the groundfloor, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, while on the first floor there is a walk-in closet, the bathroom with the jacuzzi bathtub, the master bedroom, followed by the second bedroom on the second floor.

Daily maid service is included in weekly rates, while luxury embroidered towels are changed daily and linen 2-3 times a week. There is massage service available on request while there is also a beautiful marble hammam on site offering aromatherapy sessions.
The villa with private pool has been built on the highest point of Xamoudochori so that their guests can enjoy their privacy and quietness, they are just a stone’s throw away from the city center of Chania. Ksamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road. The traditional community of Xamoudochori is located 3km southwest of the historic village of Maleme and just 5 km away from the seaside region of Platanias which is an especially tourist destination during summer because of its lively night life.
Platanias is built along a beautiful sandy beach and it is located on the main coastal road. Platanias has all kinds of accommodations, lots of restaurants and many bars, clubs and vibrant night life in general. Lots of restaurants, Greek taverns, bars, clubs and shops can be found in Platanias. Platanias has busy nightlife and a peaceful village atmosphere at the same time! In Platanias village you can “warm” yourself with the Cretan sun and local hospitality. All these highly developed touristy facilities have driven Platanias a bit far from the real authentic Crete, but it remains a great place for those who want to enjoy quality touristic facilities and various sea sports on the beach.
