It was built in 2014, on private premises with the surface of over 40 hectares, on the foundations of the ancient farm, which in the past century, provided shelter and safety to farmers working in fields and wine yards surrounding the house. It has been fully functional since 2015.
The house is located in the central, rural part of the island, on a hill safeguarding Pokrivenik, one of the most beautiful bays on the island, distant only 30 minutes from Hvar, surrounded by autochthonous vegetation and centennial pine trees. The walk to the Villa seems to be the journey back to old, remote, forgotten times.
Isolation, peace and silence that surround it, vouch for a quality rest, both for body and soul, whereas the evening starlit sky represents the view to be long remembered by every guest.
The property is equipped with the most modern video surveillance and alarm system, providing the additional safety to our guests, as well as with the system of electronic locks for an easier access.

Each bedroom, as well as the living and the dining room, have a direct access to the surrounding terraces, melting with the house, extending it, opening the living room to the sky.

The main dining room is blended with the living room. It is modernly furnished and features a fireplace.
The internal staircase descends to the basement where you have a separate dining room with a small wine cellar.

Away from the main villa is a detached structure – separate studio apartment with a kitchen and toilet, which can be used as a subtle and out-of-the-way guest apartment for staff.
Stone plated walkways connect the residential part of the property with the full size tennis court, to enjoy either a tennis, or a bocce game in the warm summer evenings.
The tennis court is fully lighted with reflectors, so you can enjoy a game of tennis whenever you like.
Hot trips to the sauna and a bubbling whirlpool allow for a thorough recuperation and relaxation.
The villa also features a Whirlpool and massage table.
There is also a spacious room which is full with gym machines to make your fit and fun every day .
The gym is fully equipped with the latest machines. It has a threadmill, cross trainer, bicycle, free weights and other weight station machines.
In front of the pergola is a spacious sun deck with a large swimming pool and the outdoor shower.
On pleasant weather days you can enjoy swimming in the pool. In the late afternoon when the breeze blows, the sun sinks lower in the sky and light takes on a more honeyed hue, a large sundeck invites you to extend the evening by relaxing and enjoying the view.
