On the ground floor there is a living and dining area which opens into the kitchen with patio doors. Patio doors lead out onto the striking terrace and pool area. On the same level there is also twin bedroom and a shower room.

In the town called Labin there are many supermarkets and small grocery shops and in town Rabac you can relax on beautiful beaches, bars or sport activities. Also, there is a possibility of water sport such as boats, kayaks, pedal boats and more.
