Situated in bay Žrnovska Banja on the magical island of Korčula, this villa is a perfect escape from the city crowds and everyday life.
The villa was built in 2017, and with its twin sister villa creates a modern fairy tale in a traditional surrounding. This 190 sqm large four-star villa, spreading over 300 m² property, offers a lot of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, and it can accommodate 1 extra guest on the pull out sofa in the living room.
On the huge rooftop, you can relax in the infinity pool or just chill on the parasol. If you want to taste Mediterranean cuisine, don’t worry, the only recipe is a grill and it´s at your disposal on the outdoor area of the house with a small kitchen and dining furniture.
Villa offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. All rooms open to a large terrace with a stunning view of the large bay, islands, and crystal clear sea.
The second floor contains a very modern and spacious living room with open dining room and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and makes you feel like home.
Villa is furnished with central air conditioning and heating throughout all house, smart tv with satellite channels, Wi-Fi Internet connection, and home theatre. For relaxation, there are very well equipped gym, sauna and outdoor hot tub.
Villa also provides an indoor garage for 2 cars and 2 outside parking places. For adventurous types, there are 4 bikes at your disposal so you can explore hidden places of the beautiful island of Korčula.
