The villa has welcoming interiors, furnished with taste following the typical Tuscan rural style. The house is set on two levels including common living rooms with fireplace, TV, sofas and armchairs perfect to enjoy moments with your family and friends, 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms to host up to 11 guests, a totally furnished kitchen and a nice dining area.
Outside, a dining area equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue is at guests' disposal to enjoy al-fresco meals as well as a large beautiful private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in in the hottest summer days or subathing under the Tuscan sun. The pool terrace features sun loungers.
The property is surrounded by hills and nature and is part of an organic winery, bordering a large wood of oak trees. The house offers beautiful panoramic views.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Access to the house is via a portion of unpaved road in good condition, but not suitable for low-riding or sports cars.

San Casciano dei Bagni with its important thermal baths is 10 km away. In Chiusi, 30 km away, there is a famous Etruscan museum.
Within a 50-100 km radius are the Val d’Orcia’s most important places of interest such as Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d’Orcia, Contignano, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani and the famous Crete Senesi territory, which extends from the border of the Siena and Arezzo provinces to Monte Amiata (1738 metres above sea level).
