The villa is set in 485 square meters and over the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.

On the mezzanine level, there are 3 luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds, additional modern sofas, and en-suite bathrooms. There are also 3 spacious living rooms with seating furniture and an LCD TV/DVD there.

Open space terrace with infinity, heated swimming pool, outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue is located on the ground floor.

Modern kitchen and luxury designed dining area, an expansive en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed can also be found on the same floor.
