This high-end villa is located in Puntinak bay at 3 km from the center of the towns Selca and Sumartin on Brac island. The villa offers spectacular views over the bay and is just 2 m away from the Adriatic Sea.
The villa can accommodate up to 8+1 guests in 4 luxury decorated en-suite bedrooms. The villa consists of ground floor, first and second floor.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, and an outdoor shower, pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, numerous terraces, wine cellar, and is an ideal accommodation for 8 (+1) people.
On the outdoor lounge area, you can relax on the loungers next to the heated swimming pool and hot tub, while soaking the sun. There is also a summer kitchen with a fireplace.
On the villa ground floor there is an open concept living room, completely equipped kitchen, and a dining room, and an air-conditioned wine cellar. Furthermore, a laundry room and a study room are also located on the ground floor.
On the villa’s first floor 2 en-suite and a TV room with an extra bed can be found. Both rooms are equipped with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower and dressing room. Also, both en-suite bedrooms have access to a terrace which are overlooking the sea. As an additional bonus, one bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub is situated on this floor.
