On the mezzanine floor, there are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two separate single beds are in another en-suite bedroom and a charming terrace. On this level, there is also a roomy living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. A garage is also on the same level.

On the villa’s first floor, there are four modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
