It is a one level villa with a sauna. On both sides the villa is surrounded by a pine forest, so the courtyard and pool area are surrounded by greenery.
On the ground floor, there is also one spacious area divided into a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with a large sofa and TV. The Master bedroom has a large double bed, large closet, TV, and bathroom (with bathtub).
