The whole villa is furnished with renovated antique Alt Deutsch and Biedermeier furniture, Meissen porcelain, and a private Murano glass collection. The property consists of a wellness zone with an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness zone on the ground floor.
On the ground floor of the villa there are also 2 bedrooms (have a double bed each, no view), living and dining area, equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the same floor, there is also a luxurious indoor swimming pool (glass doors can be opened all around).
The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi, two waterfalls and has access to a large terrace for sunbathing. Outside in the garden, there is a little pool for children.
On the first floor, you can find a living room with sofas and a unique panoramic view of the sea and surrounding nature. Next to the main entrance to the villa, there is a large pergola with a summer kitchen, fireplace, and dining space that provides your ability to enjoy the breath-taking view.

The second floor of the villa comes with luxuriously decorated bedrooms with double beds, each with its bathroom. Each bedroom has satellite television and it is air-conditioned. The Master bedroom has 1 double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and separate shower tub.
