This newly built villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and it consists of four modern bedrooms, four en suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining/sitting area, toilet and gym with sauna. The exterior of the villa has various facilities including a large infinity swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, dining and lounge area.
The exterior of the villa is a masterpiece of a modern architecture which perfectly blends with stunning Mediterranean landscape. Large infinity pool in front of the villa gives you an impression like its part of the sea. Next to the pool, there are sun loungers and garden furniture so you can fully enjoy the sun and sea view while you are sunbathing and drinking coffee. If you want to taste Mediterranian cuisine the only recipe is a grill and it´s at your disposal on the outdoor area with dining furniture.
The interior of the villa is a perfect combination of minimalistic design and luxurious living. The ground floor consists of four spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
