It can be reached by boat, and during the ride, you will enjoy the Šibenik archipelago and the imposing St. Nicholas's fortress. In this part of Šibenik Riviera, with Zlarin and Prvić island in front of it, our villa is hidden.

This semi-detached newly built, elegant two-story luxury villa will offer all the necessary refreshment and well-deserved pampering for its guests and much more with the nearest beach within walking distance.

The villa consists of modern and stylish 4 bedrooms, suitable to accommodate 7 persons.

Custom made furniture of a high-end fully equipped kitchen with dining and open space living area are settled on the ground floor. The 15m2 covered terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool surrounded by sun-loungers, parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue can be reached from the living room.

Also, the ground floor offers one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower unit.

Three more comfortable and modernly decorated rooms of which 2 double bedded and 1 single bedded room and one bathroom are settled on the first floor. One of the first-floor rooms has access to a 12m2 spacious balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking a private outdoor pool perfect for relaxation during hot summer days.

Your privacy is guaranteed by the completely fenced property wherein the backyard Mediterranean herb and olive tree garden can be found. Two private parking spaces are also available and provided. For a large family/friend group the villa next door together with this villa make the perfect combination for a dream vacation.

The villa’s location is perfect for a family vacation and offers a variety of activities such as windsurfing, a wide range of sport, and adrenaline attractions for all ages.

Let’s not forget to mention Šibenik’s area gastronomy and wine scene, UNESCO heritage cultural monuments Such as Krka National park and Kornati are reachable within in a short distance.
