This luxurious villa encompasses 260 m2 of living space and is situated on a 500 m2 plot. The property is divided into a basement, ground floor, and first floor, all interconnected by internal stairs.
The villa features an expansive courtyard with a private pool (29 m2), sun loungers, an outdoor covered dining table and seating area, as well as a traditional Dalmatian fireplace. A well-equipped gym is also available for guests.
The villa offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an island, a living room, three bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and showers, and one with a bathtub), and a toilet, comfortably accommodating 6+2 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will find a private parking area and a private pool (29 m2) surrounded by deck chairs and seating with a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear sea. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor dining table with a Dalmatian barbecue for grilling and savoring delicious dishes.
The ground floor houses a spacious living room, exuding warmth and a welcoming ambiance for quality time with loved ones. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV for relaxation. The kitchen with an island and four high chairs and the dining area are conveniently located next to the living room. Sliding walls allow direct access to this part of the villa from the courtyard.
The basement features a well-equipped gym for guests to continue their exercise routines, as well as a toilet and a room with a table and chairs for pleasant conversations or relaxation.
The first floor, accessible via internal stairs, contains three bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and private balconies overlooking the stunning Adriatic Sea. The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds that can serve as single or additional beds for two people, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The villa's luxurious rooms are fully air-conditioned and provide free Wi-Fi and LCD TVs. Each bedroom is equipped with an LCD TV.
