Cozy villa situated on top of an hill with a wonderful view of the Val d’Orcia, it is only 1,5 km away from Campiglia D’Orcia town, it is an easy starting point for visiting the beauty of Tuscany such as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, and also some of the famous town with the thermal bath like Bagni di San Filippo, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni.

This vacation rental features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people.

The holiday villa is surrounded by a private garden which offers a wonderful views, there are also two areas with covered veranda one facing the valley and is just outside the living room, it is equipped with garden sofas and chairs, the other is next to the kitchen and has Barbecue, table and chairs for enjoying al fresco dinners.
The swimming pool is at the exclusive usage for the guest, has an electric cover system which allows to keep the water warm. (during the night is kept closed.)

All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

To reach the vacation rental there is about 1 km of an unpaved but well maintained road.

Ground Floor: Entrance to dining and living room, with working fire place, double sofa bed, LCD satellite TV, dining table; in the living area a French door opens to the garden with an equipped veranda with sofas, offering amazing views over the Val d’Orcia.

The living room leads into the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, American and Italian coffee maker, kettle; a French door leads to the garden with the equipped covered area for al fresco dining. There is also a bathroom with shower.

First Floor: 13 steps from the kitchen area bring to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, (can be joined on request) there is a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub in the corridor and one extra half bath (only wc and sink).

Basement Floor: a spiral stair case of 13 steps takes to the basement floor, it is also reachable from the outside thanks to a French door, it is a large open space with sofa and LCD satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, and pool table. A door leads into the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
