This luxury villa is located in the bay Uljeni Bok, directly at the sea with a private beach. The bay Uljeni Bok is located west of the town of Hvar, in a private National Park. The inhabitants of the park are stags, hinds and mouflons.
We have separate automatic doors for the entrance to the park and the road leading to the bay. In the bay, there are only six houses. The park is private and not open to the public. Uninvited guests do not have access to the park nor to the property. Here you will find the maximum level of privacy, in the middle of a green oasis by the sea.
Mediterranean vegetation, pine trees, palms and beautiful flowers surround the villa.
The villa was built of white stone from the islands of Brac and Hvar in a rustic, Mediterranean style. In the villa there are 6 double rooms (for 12 persons) and 1 apartment for the service personnel.
On the sea level, a private dock is made of white stone from the island of Brač (dimensions 8m x 8m) with two piers; boats up to 25 m can be anchored here. Stairs are located on the side for access to the sea. On the right side is a shallow beach suitable for children.
On the waterfront is the first room (4m x 2m) for 2 people and a bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower / WC. This room can be used as a bedroom or as storage for beach accessories.
On the first level (above the sea level), there is a sitting area with pillows and a low table. On the side, there are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water. All equipped with lights to complete the first level, and to illuminate the sea level at night for the mooring of boats.
On the second level there is a stone table with ten chairs, which can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the outdoor area. About 15 m on the left is a room with toilet, bidet and washing machine.
On the third level, there are two apartments (with master bed, wardrobes and chests of drawers).
Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower / WC and washbasin. Also located on the third level, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with table, chairs, cabinets and a large refrigerator.
In front of the house extended over the entire length of the house is a covered terrace with garden beds to rest amidst the green oasis and the sea breeze.
The fourth level is a large balcony (18m x 6m), 3 meters of which are covered in width and has outdoor chairs and a bench. Right next to the balcony is a terrace with a large table, which offers seating for 20 people. The interior of the fourth level consists of a living room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The fifth level is a loft apartment with double bed and bathroom, which is used by service personnel, who take care of the house and the guests.

Hvar Island seems to have a soul, a tangible aroma combining lavender, sage, rosemary, heather, mint, myrtle, thyme and countless other herbs which thrive in its soil, making it the Mediterranean's largest botanical garden.
The blessings of nature and favourable historical circumstances have made the area around Hvar Island a particularly fascinating part of the Adriatic coastline. From the earliest signs of human habitation to the present day, it has benefitted from the influence of different civilisations, which have created layer upon layer of cultural history. Hvar Island today, though small, is dotted with enduring symbols and covered in a closely-woven network of historical monuments.
Hvar Island enjoys more days of sunshine than any other in the Adriatic and since the dawn of history has been the inspiring refuge of many peoples, from early Neolithic Mediterranean builders, the Hellenists who settled the towns of Hvar (particularly in the city of Pharos), the Romans, who built its harbours and towns, to the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque eras, when the island became a shining example of spiritual and artistic progress. In recent times, Hvar Island has again featured on the Mediterranean cultural map, and has become an elite summer resort. No wonder then that Traveller magazine rated it among the 10 most beautiful islands in the world.
