The open large living/dining room has a designer sofa bed with two matching arm chairs, a coffee table and shelves, along with a TV and entertainment center. The lower level opens up to the terrace in front for a relaxing dinner outside. Large garden attractively decorated with host of palm trees and other tropical vegetation, provides ideal setting for romantic evenings by the pool. There are several fig, citrus and olive trees as well throughout the garden to be enjoyed by guests. The pool has gradual sloping and has plenty of sunbathing areas around as well as lounge chairs. The pool area also has an open fire grill.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house on the second level. The master bedroom has a balcony and en-suite master bathroom. It is very large and tastefully decorated. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds along. A cot is available.
The lofty lower level area has a separate kitchen with a bar, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a stove, a microwave, an air extractor, a dishwasher and all cooking utensils.
There is 1 bathroom on the lower level, 1 master bathroom adjoining the master bedroom, and a 3rd bathroom on second floor. All bathrooms are luxuriously fitted. There is one bathroom with a jacuzzi, the second bathroom has a bath and the third bathroom has a shower.
The villa is cleaned weekly with towels and linen cleaned and changed weekly. The pool and garden outside is generally cleaned every 5 days.
The dining area, just next to the kitchen, has a large table for 6. The living room has an area with plants to further enhance the natural feel of the villa. The villa has internet access throughout.
The utility room has a washing machine, a safe, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is secured behind gates, has two parking spaces and has central air conditioning/heating. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Kotor is situated in a most secluded part of Boka Kotorska bay, in the northern part of the Montenegrin coast. It has developed around Stari Grad (local language for "old town"), the city's old town and best known landmark, which is listed as UNESCO World heritage site. The bay is the deepest natural fjord in the Mediterranean Sea, and the scenery around it (including the steep mountains which come almost to the waterfront) is spectacular.
