The surroundings are rich in natural beauty and numerous tourist attractions such as Grožnjan, which is situated on a hill top and is famous for its narrow cobbled streets and houses. It is also known for its artists, summer jazz festivals and exhibitions. The villa’s spacious garden allows you to enjoy your privacy and intimacy but is at the same time suitable for various gatherings of family and friends: you can throw a pool party or barbecue or just relax with good music on lounge chairs and swings, sipping away chilled wine and munching famous Istrian delicacies. If you prefer a more active vacation, there are 6 adult bicycles you can ride to nearby archaeological sites and medieval towns or many households and wineries on the way.

Known as the town of artists, it has some 20 galleries and art studios. In the summer the whole town turns into a big stage. The International Film School is held here, as well as classical music concerts, the “Ex tempore” painting event, jazz festivals, exhibitions and other events.
